It all begins with an idea….

We specialise in custom home building, so we encourage you to work with us in the design of your new home. It is an extremely rewarding experience to be able to design a home from scratch. An initial meeting with our in house designer to establish your home requirements. Using that information we will commence drawing and provide a concept design to get started with Or choose from one of our beautiful DESIGNS to get started.

You are welcome to come on site as long as you are accompanied by a representative from Belle Manor Homes. We adhere to a strict safety policy with all of our tradespeople, suppliers and visitors to site. It is imperative to maintain this policy throughout the course of construction.

Belle Manor have developed relationships with professional trades & suppliers to ensure the delivery of a quality product.

However we understand the needs and wants for a specific trades, these will be assessed on a case by case basis.

You will communicate directly with your Project Manager for all on site construction requirements. You will also meet with some trades and suppliers before construction commences to determine selections and design layouts such preliminary plans for your kitchen and electrical. You will be given the opportunity to meet with some trades on site to confirm your requirements.

Our team will be available for all, administration tasks and general enquiries.

Belle Manor Homes provides an extensive visual 3d design and construct process, which will minimise the need for on site changes.

However we understand the need for flexibility during the construction phase, these will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will be in regular contact to ensure that your home is being built exactly the way you imagined.
